Delta Corp Results

Delta corp profit after tax and revenues are both up on YoY and QoQ. Delta Corp reported a consolidated net profit of â‚¹70 crores for the quarter ending 31 December 2021 (Q3), when compared to just â‚¹1 crore in the same period last year. In the previous quarter, Delta corp net profit was 22.5 crores.

The company’s revenue has also more than doubled to â‚¹247 crores compared to 120 crores in the last year. Overall delta corp results are good.

Bajaj Finance

Bajaj Finance board to held a meeting on Tuesday, 18 January 2022, to consider the financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2021. The board will also consider the raising of funds by debt issue.

Route mobile

Foreign portfolio investors increased their stake in route mobile by 4.8% during quarter2, which is positive news for the company.

Goldiam international

Goldiam international to held a meeting on 8 February 2022 to consider the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2021.

The company also to consider the proposal for sub-division or split of company’s shares having a face value of 10 each.

Mahindra Finance

Quiklyz to offer the widest range of electric vehicles for leasing and subscription in India.

Quiklyz to offer EVs(4 wheeler & 3 wheeler) from leading OEMs including Mahindra, Tata Motors, Mercedes Benz, MG, Audi, Jaguar, and Piaggio on offer.

Monthly subscription fee starting at Rs.21,399 per month for electric 4 wheelers and Rs.13,549 for electric 3 wheelers. The monthly fee covers insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, and flexibility to upgrade.

Quiklyz is a new-age digital-born vehicle leasing and subscription platform that offers great convenience, flexibility, and choice to customers across Indian cities. Quiklyz currently has the largest portfolio of EVs on the subscription platform. The portfolio spans across electric 4W from the leading OEMs offering electric vehicles including Mahindra, Tata Motors, Mercedes-Benz, MG Motors, Audi, and Jaguar as well as electric 3W load vehicles from Mahindra and Piaggio for e-commerce fleet operators. Customers will have the flexibility to upgrade their vehicle in 2-3 years keeping in tune with ever-increasing technology features in newer EV launches going forward.

The EVs on-road price is currently higher than petrol and diesel vehicles, although the running cost is much lower. The customers intending to purchase EV vehicles through bank loans therefore must pay a very high down payment. However, with Quiklyz there is no requirement for a down payment, and monthly subscription charges for EV 4W starts from as low as INR 21,399 / per month.

Infosys Results

Infosys Q3 profit up 12% to 5,809 Cr, revises FY22 revenue guidance upwards, its revenue from operations rose 23% at â‚¹31,867 crores compared to Rs.25,927 crore in the same period last year.

Infosys has revised revenue guidance for FY22 upwards to 19.5%-20%, powered by sequential growth of 7% in Q3.

Infosys said growth remained broad-based during the quarter and deal momentum robust, with digital transformation rapidly scaling across verticals and regions.

Large deal wins accelerated with TCV of $2.53 billion in Q3. The operating margin for the quarter was healthy at 23.5%, with free cash flow conversion at 92.6%.

“Our strong performance and market share gains are a testament to the enormous confidence our clients have in us to help them in their digital transformation. This stems from four years of sustained strategic focus on areas of relevance for our clients in digital and cloud, continued re-skilling of our people, and deep relationships of trust that our clients have with us. This is reflected in an upgrade in our revenue guidance to 19.5%-20% for FY22. We expect the healthy technology spend to continue with large enterprises progressing on their digital transformations”.

TCS Results

TCS profit up 12% from 8,701 Crores in the same period last year to 9,769 Crores for the quarter ending December 31, 2021. and announces Rs.18,000 crores share buyback at 4,500 per share.

HFCL Important update

HFCL chooses commagility 5G software for indoor small cells.

HFCL is investing in building a complete portfolio of products for 5G Radio Access Network and 5G Transport. This includes 8T8R/32T32R Macro RU, Indoor/Outdoor Small Cell, Cell Site Router, and Aggregation Routers for fronthaul, midhaul, and backhaul.

“CommAgility is a key technology partner for HFCL,” said Mr. Mahendra Nahata, Managing Director at HFCL. “We selected CommAgility due to the flexibility, features, and performance of its PHY software, as well as its proven track record in 4G and 5G applications.

CommAgility provides the L1 PHY which is a critical module of our 5G Indoor Small Cell. Its in-depth understanding of NXP’s baseband platforms and its strong partnership with NXP are crucial to enable a highly optimized L1 PHY running on NXP’s baseband platform,” added Mr. Mahendra Nahata.

LIC stake in companies

Powergrid: LIC bought a 7.5% stake in the power grid during Q3.

HAL: LIC reduced its stake by 2.06% in HAL during Q3

Laurus Labs: LIC bought a 2.18% stake in Laurus labs during Q3.

PI Industries: LIC buys additional 72,000 shares or 0.047% stake via open market on 10 Jan, total holding increases marginally from 4.989% to 5.036%.

Tata Elxsi: LIC bought a 1.04% stake in Tata Elxsi during the Q3.

Bonus updates
